This place was great, the environment and staff were very welcoming. I went a few weeks ago for flat twist and a trim, which at first i did not care for , not because of the stylist- she did great and was very knowledgeable, the style didn’t compliment my face , however after removing the twist i LOVED my curly fro. I recently got braids so i haven't been back ,but i cant wait to return! give them a try- you wont be disappointed.

This salon is so warm and welcoming. Amazing staff and stylists, wholesome environment, and a great vibe all around. My stylist, Dayana, did an amazing job on my hair and I couldn’t have been happier. I drove an hour to get here and I’d do it 10x over before I go anywhere else! I did the braids myself a few days after my appointment, but the parting and crocheting on my micro locs was all her.

Soukundo was a warm and welcoming experience. The ladies are knowledgeable in the art of natural hair styling. I absolutely love my style. Can't wait to book my next appointment. Pie, you are the BEST!

My stylist Janice did a great job to my hair , I didn’t have an appointment went into the shop for a consultation and she had an available spot due to her client rescheduling, so she took me right in and I really appreciate it because, I needed my hair done bad and she was very detailed with my loc journey high recommend her to do you hair .

My first visit was on a whim and Ms Carol blessed me with some twist that everyone who saw them loved them! I was still unsure about diving in on my loc journey. I came back in and hadn’t taken all my twists out and the front desk and wash person helped me get it all done. (Bless them for their kindness). Then Angela talked me through my loc journey begins and is willing to adjust the size although again everyone loves my hair for my own reasons I need them smaller. I love the atmosphere. You should plan to be there a minute because it’s a walking on the experience which means they don’t have their time blocked based on the service because they don’t even know what they will be doing until each person arrives.
