Update: seriously beware! Now they are threatening to turn me over to a collection agency because I canceled the auto debit! 😂 Beware of membership scam. I didn’t see so if it’s there it’s in fine print. You sign up and they have a minimum 3 month membership. I canceled auto debit with bank because the store said I could not cancel that there is a 3 month minimum…See photos and beside to read the fact page. After their reply..No confusion on lol. Be upfront and transparent with your customers. Zoom tan is much better, less expensive and cancel anytime online, in person or over the phone.

They're supposed to open at 9am. It's 9:19 and we've been waiting for 20+ minutes but no one has shown up to unlock the doors. There's no sign explaining why they're closed during posted operating hours. VERY unprofessional!!!

My 12 year old daughter did research and wanted a spray tan. We drove 1 hour from Georgia to ZOOM tan for the receptionist to tell us they would not let her spray tan because she didn’t have a “government issued ID” SHE IS 12!! I went down the road to South Beach Tanning. The receptionist were amazing and so friendly. They allowed my daughter to spray tan as long as I signed a release. The associate went above and beyond to make my daughter feel comfortable at her first visit. I also received three visits for the price of one due to a special they were running. I cannot say enough good things about this business. If you are looking to spray tan, definitely go here. They were polite, accommodating and extremely helpful! Five stars all the way around.
