I saw the mixed reviews and wasn’t sure but I was able to walk in right at 9:15 after opening and had a fantastic experience. Lucy did a great job, the cost was reasonable, the staff had a good rapport with each other and the environment was clean and bright. Their acrylic person wasn’t availing but Lucy was able to do exactly what I was looking for with a dip and gel combo easily within my time crunch- $60+tip Looking forward to coming in again!

I came in on a time crunch, hoping to get a quick gel manicure before my train back to NYC. They promised to do it quickly, even setting a timer to make sure that I wasn’t late. I was so impressed by the level of meticulousness, care, and generosity (of coats! This was the first time I didn’t have to ask for another coat on my nails. Thank you to this team for a great experience!

I've only written two bad reviews in my life and this is one of them. I usually try to avoid going here even though I live very close by because of the consistent poor quality and customer service. I'd rather take the T to Southie for much better quality and overall excellent job for a good price. I recently went in just to get my gel nail polish removed, no new polish. They charged me $15 when every other place I've gotten this done is only $10. Then when I asked if they could cut my nails they told me they would charge $15 MORE!! So basically, they would charge me $30 to remove my polish and cut my nails but $25 to do all that plus regular polish. Made absolutely no sense. Then at the end they had the nerve to mention adding a tip. Overall, they only care about the money and don't care a

Service = 5 stars. Staff = 5 stars. Quality of manicure = 5 stars. Affordability = 5 stars! Location = easy to find, 5 stars. I had the pleasure of working with Sandy on my nails. She’s fantastic! Very professional and will get you done quickly with precision. I flew in mid-afternoon on a Monday and wanted to get my nails done for my business trip. They took me in right away, no long waits. They were very welcoming and very affordable! I got a gel manicure done, Sandy has magic hands. I highly recommend this place.

Needed a gel manicure and removal to be ready for MDW! I called and was able to make an appointment same day. Service was quick but meticulous and I really liked their color selection. Perfect for someone on their lunch break from work. Thought prices were fair for the city. I will definitely be back!
