South Town Nails

My father and I have been getting our pedicures at NAILS in South Town Plaza for over five years and highly recommend their services. The staff is always kind and attentive to your needs. They have massage chairs and do a hot rock massage as part of the pedicure. Prices are fair and the service is great. Attached is a photo of the pedicure they gave me today.

This is one of the worst nail salons in Rochester. The fact that they are located in South Town Plaza is beyond me. First, I was charged $95 for a pedicure and to have MY nails and toes polished. I guess Li thought because she put hot rocks on my legs that the experience was worth $95. NOT!!! That's not even the worst part. The worst part is I had to return in 2 days because the polish had chipped off two of my fingernails. Patronize this establishment at your own risk. It's a one and done for me. If I'm going to get robbed for $95 without tips or added nails, it needs to actually be worth $95. By the way, that was my first time going there and will be my last. Li is a fast talker, but she does not walk the walk. Just because you know how to do nails does not mean you should do them profes

I went with my daughter and it was amazing! Her French tips turned out great and they have improved every time I visited. Place is clean a fly was roaming but the manager swapped it. Amazing recommend to go there!

I was in of a pedicure and had not been in a while. I used to go to Nail Salon at Marketplace Mall where the tech I used was amazing. Sadly they had closed and I had no idea how to find the tech I used there. So I took a chance and placed a call to here they told me to come right in. I signed in sat down and someone started to wave at me… it was her.. it was the mail tech I had been searching for. She told me she was available within the hour. So I waited and it was well worth it. French gel mani and pedi!! Tu’ is amazing so thankful they took her on!! Very clean and professional. Will be going more often!! Love my nails!! And this photo was taken today more than two weeks later!

I've been going to this place ever since they were in the Henrietta Walmart. Great people I go at least 2 times a year for a pedicure and maybe a manicure. But the past few times has been disappointing. Yesterday, I got a pedicure with gel polish. 4-5 hours afterwards the polish on my left foot came right off. I paid $60. This review is not about the people, it's just the quality of work.
