10/10 would recommend! My mom and I are in town for a wedding and last minute decided to get our hair done! We stopped in Southern Charm because walk-ins were advertised and Nikki was so accommodating! She was able to fit us in for a wash, blow dry and style, which turned out so beautiful! I’m very thankful for her willingness to help us out! Thank you a thousand times, Nikki!

Highly recommend this salon! Bri was able to fit me in last minute for a wash and cut, and she went above and beyond. She took her time and even did some little changes at the end that I wanted last minute. I will definitely be back!

I have board straight hair and I really don’t know how to style it. I booked an appointment with Madison and I’m so glad I did. She gave me a great cut that is easy to style and it’s so good even my husband noticed! I can wear it straight now or out some loose curls in it and it looks really great. I’ve been to her 2 times now and still very happy with it.

Cut my hair too short and seemed to change her answer when I questioned it. I asked for 2 inches, as she was cutting I noticed it was a lot shorter than what I anticipated and when I stood up I said it was short and I look boring. I had layers in my hair it was as scoop. I ended up with a straight haircut and no more layers. She cut it up to the layers. I asked how much did you take off and she said 2 inches. I said it was really short and she changed her answer saying “well I cut it to where it was different lengths”. I asked for her to fix up the face framing layers and they’re uneven with each other. She did say to grow them out but would’ve been nice to have an even haircut. I can’t shape my hair now because it’s too short to shape for me ti be happy. I’m very attached to my hair and n

My mom and I are in town from North Dakota for a wedding and had an appointment set to get our hair styled by another salon. We got cancelled on last minute and ended up calling Southern Charm by pure luck Carmen answered the phone right as she was about to leave and said she would stay for us and squeeze us in. She was an amazing person and did fantastic on our hair and gave us exactly what we asked for. She did not have to take us but we are so grateful that she did, so if you have the chance please try Carmen!
