I recently had my hair done by Katrina, and I absolutely love the results! She was incredibly kind and patient with me, making sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Her professionalism and warm attitude made the experience enjoyable, and I couldn’t be happier with how my hair turned out. I went to Charity for an all-over color and she did amazing! I absolutely love how my hair turned out — the color is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The woman who did my hair left bleach on my hair and skin for more than 40 minutes, I didn’t find out until I left the shop and felt it bleeding. I called and talked to the lady and all she told me was Sorry and basically she didn’t do anything. I don’t want anything in return from this but for them to take accountability. Also the parts that are supposed to be a brassy blonde color are green so thanks for that as well 🤷‍♀️ P.s I can also share the photo I took from the chair where the bleach is obviously on my skin

Found Charity off IG and knew I needed her for my wedding! She colored my hair a week before and it looked fantastic, and then for the wedding itself she styled it amazingly! It stayed in-tact/curled the entire day even against hefty wind. She was so sweet, even gave me a lil goodie basket the day-of and was so helpful to me & my bridesmaids. I 100% recommend, she is easy to talk to and really cares about doing a good job!
