Southport Barber Shop

Ive been coming to this barbershop for over 5 years - very clean and professional. Matt is my personal barber and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE!!!

It's disappointing that this place doesnt take credit cards.

Fairly skilled barbers, but I stopped going here because on two separate occasions, the individual cutting my hair took the twenty dollar bill I gave them and KEPT my change without checking with me first.Took the money, slammed the drawer, PHYSICALLY stepped around me with no intent to make change (obviously sending a message) and told me to have a good day. They knew I expected change because on every other occasion they DID give it to me. The rates here had already been increased three times since the place changed hands, and at the time, I was really hurting financially. On both occasions, that change was all I would have had left until payday, and I did not appreciate the boldness with which this person decided to “get” their tip. Not many barbers available. Especially when you have other patrons racing you to the door to put in names for others not even in the building. Save your time go to Chad's much more available barbers for those of us on the go and can't work our lives around our barbers

Awesome place to get a cut! Saw Kim for a haircut and she did a fantastic job! I am super picky about my faux hawk and want it super short on the sides and most folks haven't been able to get quite right. But she was spot on! I will be going back to see her for sure! Thanks, Kim!!
