Spa 1 Nail

This is a lovely salon. The staff are very friendly and took us right away without an appointment. They all did a good job, had lots of beautiful colours to choose from, and were reasonably priced. Everything was clean and sterile. The instruments came out of sterilise bags that dentists use. Lastly, they were reasonably priced to which goes a long way. I would definitely come back here again.

Today was the worst experience for me. I visited for nail removal, and after a 15-20 minute wait, my nail was soaked in acetone while the technician attended to another client. Unfortunately, my hand remained in acetone for 25 minutes, causing discomfort and a burning sensation. The technician couldn't complete my service as she had started another client at the same time. Consequently, my hands became red and dry. In the attached photo, you can see all the colors have been removed, and it's evident that no additional time was necessary for removal, but she wanted to keeping my hands in acetone for more time. Additionally, I experienced rude behavior from one of the employees.

I had a bad experience in this nail salon. I just moved to the area, l had a regular nail person for 5 years. Just trying this place out, it was horrible 😫 The lady on the front desk(l think she is the owner) is snappy and rude. After one week, my nails 💅 was coming out, went back for them to fix it, instead she told me, it's normal for the nails to come out because it's dipping. They want me to pay to fix it. They do horrible job, don't care a thing for customer 🙄 I will not be back.

Stopped in on a whim after reading some reviews looking for a new place to go. Helen took of my original dip nails and did a new set that are 100x better than what I had. Pedicure was also amazing, my feet were visibly soft!

Just dropped by because I had some extra time before my massage (in the same shopping complex). Upon entry the salon was empty, very organized, clean, and quiet. I was kindly greeted and asked to sign into the guest book, while my temperature was discretely taken and motioned to the hand sanitizer. New tools were removed from packaging for my gel manicure and the process was very thorough. I didn't feel rushed at all (as most salons do). The manicure took about 40min and I especially loved the finish with the hot eucalyptus towel at the end. The cost of the gel manicure was $40, which is higher than most. However, during these times people are risking their lives to provide patrons with unnecessary services, so I gladly paid and gave a generous tip for his level of care. I will definitely
