Nice clean areas. The women's lounge was clean. Better snacks would be appreciated than raisin/nut mix. Tea options were nice but needed refilling. The showers were clean with great pressure. Louisa was a pleasant massage therapist. She was accommodating and kept checking that the session was going well. Shannon did a nice job as well but a little less professional. Enjoyable facility.

⭐️⭐️ (2/5) — Beautiful property, but disappointing spa experience My boyfriend and I visited the JW Marriott Spa in Las Vegas to celebrate his birthday, and while our day started off promising, it unfortunately didn’t live up to expectations. From the start, the valet attendant was warm, welcoming, and informative — a great first impression. The spa lobby was also beautiful, and the front desk staff were polite and friendly during check-in. However, things started to shift once we toured the amenities. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi were smaller than expected, though still pretty and peaceful, and the cabanas were in good condition. Once inside the women’s area, though, I noticed a lack of upkeep. They were out of small sandals, and the pair I received were mismatched and not very clean.

I had the most amazing experience last week with Dulce! She’s incredible and very knowledgeable! Anyone looking for an exceptional experience definitely request Dulce. Can’t wait to go see her again very soon!! Thank you again Dulce, my skin looked incredible and I felt so refreshed and relaxed.

The women spa is poorly designed and lacks the expected amenities of a luxury spa. First, the hot tub/Jacuzzi in the women's spa is a joke, seriously a joke. The water is barely lukewarm, the hot tub is too small. Barely fits 5 people and you are shoulder to shoulder with the person next to you, not exaggerating, just views the photos on the website. I am not sure what the purpose of the small pool in the middle of the women's spa for, no one uses it, not big enough for an actual pool to swim in. Instead of having a useless hole/pool in the middle of the spa, remodel, and turn it into a hot tub, large enough to fit at least 5 people without having to touch shoulders. Really disappointing. The attendants were not hospitable or helpful. Someone actually took my robe off the hook outside the sauna and threw it in the laundry with my prescription glasses in the pocket. Not very apologetic just justified it as “tidying up”. The 80 minute massage was just okay and at $300 the expectations are somewhat higher. The aqua water therapy circuit is really lax. There is no attendant assistance with timing or guidance. Some of the options were not working so it’s basically just access to the sauna and steam room and indoor hot tub. The spa has an outdoor lounge but it was too cold during our weeklong stay and they did not have any outdoor heaters.
