Spa at Hotel Roanoke

I so enjoyed my facial with Kali at the Spa at Hotel Roanoke. Kali was so friendly and attentive. She made sure to use the correct products for my sensitive skin. The ambiance was perfect. The spa was beautiful and inviting. Walking through the hotel was so special. What a great experience! *the stars on the ceiling were icing on the cake*

I’ve been to many hotel spas and I wanted to share some information for others so they know what to expect going into their appointment, because this spa was very different from my previous experiences. When you arrive, you will be asked to sit in the main lobby until the time of your appointment. They do not have robes, changing rooms, showers or lockers. You undress in your treatment room and put your belongings in a bin. There are no tranquil rooms or spaces for you to relax before or after your treatment. So if you are expecting to relax a bit or be able to shower and get ready, you will not be able to do so here. I had the best experience here. I got a spa package as a baby shower gift. I normally would not book something like this for myself, but their staff alone will make me go back! I enjoyed a relaxing massage with Bekah today. She is professional, warm and very knowledgeable. The spa is spotless and cozy. Products were top of the line. Would definitely recommend, especially if you're a traveler dealing with stiff, sore muscles.
