Was able to book my appointment online and get a gel manicure and pedicure the same day. The salon was very nice. Clean and quiet. Excellent experience. The techs were efficient and gentle.

very bloody experience. i came for a full set & pedicure. instead of doing a soak off like every other salon i’ve been to, they were quite literally prying my nails off. i left with multiple bloody fingers and it was very painful i couldn’t even continue with the service. i am worried now that i will get an infection. my nail beds are destroyed and the skin underneath the nail was cut which caused a lot of bleeding. they were not careful & cut way shorter than supposed to exposing the flesh underneath my nails. i’m not sure what they did during the pedicure because i was wincing in pain from the nail removal but something was cut with cuticle clippers causing the most bleeding. they didn’t believe they were hurting me until all the blood starting gushing out. & they kept trying to proceed

SCAM!!! If I could give them a zero stars I would! I purchased a groupon for my service and was told I had to buy $90 in gift cards for the groupon to be valid!! After I already paid $40 for the groupon!!! I wish I came to their Google listing before going there, I see I am not the first person to have been got by them!!! Not only was the Groupon situation disappointing, the service was mediocre at best. I waited 31 minutes to have 25 minutes of service and 14 minutes of gel polish application. (YES. I paid attention to the time because of how long I waited and lack of employee support. I wanted to see if they would rush the service and they absolutely did) I do not recommend this business if you enjoy thorough & HONEST business practices.

I usually don't get my nails done, but that it would a good idea to get them do with my step daughter. The orginal places we were planning to go was double book, so looked on groupon on found this place. I wish I read the reviews before I went. The whole goal as to spend time with my daughter and the whole experience wasnt nothing like I expected. They were not to clear on the price on the services, ect. I had to ask multiple times through the visit, and they moved me away from my little one, so i definitely felt uncomfortable, and moved to sit near her. There was stacked boxes of nail polish everywhere, even at the table next to her, which is why I couldn't get my nail done at the same time. I could not even relax and enjoy this supposed to bonding moment. I was going to use the Groupon
