Customer Reviews
This place is my little haven - I’m in the spa industry myself so I’m particular and this place is really wonderful. The manager Christine is warm and highly efficient and I always have a great experience. My absolute favorite thing to do is a pedicure and then have a shoulder massage while I’m getting my manicure (they have a special for a 1 hour foot massage in the downstairs area when you’re really tired and need a pick me up). Michelle was my technician today and she was exceptional!
I absolutely love this place! While it may be a bit pricey, the cleanliness, pleasant aroma, luxurious atmosphere, and friendly staff make it worth it. I'm a no-fuss Mani/Pedi person, and I've noticed that some nail technicians are definitely better than others. I just wish I could remember the name of my favorite technician!
I visited on June 10 for a gel manicure and pedicure-Ben recommended it, and he was right! The place was clean, the staff was friendly, and my nails turned out great. A week later, they still look fresh. Definitely worth it!
My friend recommended this place. I absolutely love this spa! I enjoy receiving foot massages whenever I travel locally & internationally. This establishment was clean and the staff are friendly. 10/10. Highly recommend this place.
I felt neglected at this salon. I needed my gel polish taken off and a manicure. I had to wait over 25 minutes (partially my choice) however, they let my hands soak in acetone for about 20 and it started to burn. I asked if I could take them off and the lady was very short and said someone would be with me. She was the one who started my manicure and passed me off to someone else, I felt it was because I wasn't doing a full service. The lady who did my nails was ok, I still have gel polish on one of them and was unsatisfied. The experience felt unsanitary. I would not recommend this salon.
