Sarah is very a thorough masseuse going over my trouble areas. She diligently worked out the knots in my shoulders and back. Felt very relaxed and eased my soreness from working out. Would definitely recommend.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience involving Spa Life and the owner, Sarah. The service quality was far below expectations, and the professionalism was lacking. What is even more concerning is the behavior toward other local businesses. Instead of focusing on improving her own services, Sarah seems more interested in interfering with and bothering neighboring businesses. That is not how a healthy business community should operate. Competing on price is one thing, but drastically undercutting local businesses just to gain attention — while delivering poor service — does not build long-term trust or reputation.
