Tracy is absolutely amazing! She can take any idea and make it come true! Even when I bring her what I think is impossible, she makes all my nail dreams come true! I cannot recommend her enough!!!

Update: the manager called and offered to redo them for me free of charge and apologized for everything. My mom and I came in to get pedicures. I didn’t realize until I got home that my toes could’ve used one more coat, one pinky toe isn’t even painted and the toenails are not completely covered with polish.

Only giving 1 star because it’s required. My toes look great but my acrylic nails are awful. I cried leaving the salon and have been in tears all morning over my butchered manicure. The acrylic is think and uneven, as well as the polish. The polish is on my skin and my skin was cut and clipped so much during the manicure that the skin is sore and red and bleeding. I asked if he could do the acrylic since my nails were very short and he said yes. I wish he would’ve just been honest. It would’ve saved me $30 and painful skin/ugly nails.

I AM IN LOVE!! First I would like to say thank you to Quinn! He did my nails and he was more than willing to work with me! As you can see he did an amazing job and his staff was more than welcoming! I recommend them before anyone else here im Watertown!
