HORRIBLE MEMBERSHIP POLICY. do not go here unless you are definitely going to be living here and consistently going to this gym for over 3 years. the gym seems nice and friendly and whatever until it comes time when you have to pick up and move unexpectedly (as how it is with the military). it took 6 intensive months and the involvement of 3 different 3rd-party agencies (NCDOJ, BBB, and my bank) to finally get them to close my account. it is not worth the hassle and there are better gyms with more lenient policies (Fit4Life, your apartment gym, etc) in Fayetteville. absolutely do not give this company any of your business. anything I gained from this gym was lost by the mental/financial strain they seemed to be happy to put my through.

The spa gym is fun! The pool is great. The hot tub and steam room are great! The green drinks and yoghurt parfait at Carrots are delicious. The gym is clean. Members are nice. People, who work there, already know me by name. I love it!

I’m embarrassed I didn’t read the reviews prior to signing up here and so disappointed I didn’t run in the opposite direction when the contract was 3 YEARS LONG. I feel like an idiot. I can’t even get a hold of their “corporate” office who was supposed to process my cancellation upon a PCS. This place is too expensive and the quality of service does not match how much you’d be paying for a membership. It’s not worth your time and money. Please do not sign up for this place.

No wonder they have a one star rating. Even with PCS orders they will argue over cancellation. They conveniently waited until after the next billing cycle to finally send out my cancellation. SCAM SCAM SCAM. they should be ashamed of themselves and I hope they go out of business. Yes, please respond to this because I have been emailing back and forth and I'll post on every review site so people cant get conned by you. It must be hard to keep up with all the nagative reviews.

WORST GYM EVER!!!! I sent 3 forms of documents proving that I moved and every single one was denied. I sent in a new lease agreement for my new address - they came back saying they could not accept it because it had to be signed by the lesser and myself and be notarized in the state I moved to. My husband's PCS/ETS orders could not be used because I needed 2 documents to prove the orders. My new utility hook up sign up was not accepted either because the mae up rule that day was that TWO forms proving that you moved had to be sent in. None of the extra documents/paperwork was listed on the original cancellation request form that was emailed to me. I followed the requirements and was given additional - not listed dovuments to supplement the ones they were requiring. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH TH
