I had specifically called ahead and asked for a certain worker to not tend to me. Anyone else but her. When I came in she was the one that tended to me even though I had called ahead and asked for her not too and even before the service started I asked the manager if there was anyone else and they did not comply with my request. My feet are literally in PAIN my nails are literally BLEEDING and are not even cut straight (see picture). AFTER GETTING MY NAILS CUT LIKE THIS AND REPORTING IT THE MANAGER SAID “YOU CUT YOUR NAILS LIKE THAT WE DO NOT CUT NAILS LIEK THAT”… then what did I do in the chair for the last 20 minutes. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

My daughter and I went Saturday May 20th to get pedicures, a gel manicure for her and a dip manicure for me. By Monday May 22nd we were back to the nail shop getting my daughters nails completely redone and one of my nails repaired. By Wednesday my polish was completely gone on my thumb nail and chipped on my middle finger. I spent $180 for these services for it not to last even a week. I will NEVER go here again. A regular manicure somewhere else would’ve lasted longer

I am going for a long time in this salon. Very professional ladies. No complaints. Reservations are must and you never waited ,they are ready for you. They have very reasonable pricing, especially Monday to Wednesday. I recommend them for your basic manicure and pedicure.

Do not go to this salon unless you want to leave ANGRY. Please read the other reviews. They will warn you as well. They are very over priced and the service does not match. At one point they had a deal going which is probably why they had customers. Now they went up on their price. Paid $55 for a pedicure I could have did myself. They don't have a lot of options for colors. Lady at front desk is rude and has a smart mouth. Will not be returning. Do better!

I have been coming to this salon for about 5 years, and it’s generally busy do I prefer having an appointment. This rainy Sunday I walked in and they were able to accommodate me. The salon is always clean and the technicians are professional. My basic mani-pedi takes about 90 minutes, and the best part is the mini massage that usually comes with it. They also have a wide selection of Essie and Opi nail color polishes.
