This was my first time actually going to a SkinAct showroom as I've only browsed and purchased online. I went in for a couple of items as I am opening up a new studio, and it was the easiest and quickest shopping experience ever. I was there for 3 items, but I wasn't sure which models/colors yet. The table I was interested in wasn't in the floor and Cherry had them unwrap a new one and bring it into the showroom for me to see. She also got multiple color options for the chairs for me to look at. Made my decisions and then I wanted to see if the bed would fit in my car so I could take it all with me. It was a tight fit but Mike and Juan didn't give up and were able to get everything into my car! Worth the drive up (from San Diego) and would definitely do it again for my next big purchase. T

They are always there to help, whether it is finding just the right item for your business, or a replacement part or general information. I find the prices reasonable and the eqipment very reliable.i look forward to doing business with them in the future.

She was incredibly patient, answered all of my questions thoroughly, assisted me with placing my order, and even helped reset my password without any hassle. I was a little disappointed that my chair backrest wouldn’t work after only 3 years. And since my warranty was over I was skeptical on how the experience would be when contacting them. However Jeanette and Bert gave excellent service! I am beyond happy that I was able to resolve my issue (ordering and installing my backrest motor to my chair) in such a timely manner! I was able to get back to running my business. Thank you again!

Jeanette was super quick and helpful when I received the wrong electrodes with my high frequency unit, and was able to send out a new set ASAP - she was professional, kind, and accommodating. Highly recommend!
