First time to the spa, redeeming a xmas gift given to us by our coworkers with the instruction, "take this and go relax". The checkin was welcoming and informative, the layout was clean, well stocked and everything was functioning and available to enjoy. the massage was perfect, my technician Chris was patient, professional and incredible at his craft. pressure was on point but I was not sore, swollen or uncomfortable during or after the experience. it was a totally therapeutic experience and definitely a reason why I'll return. my only request, maybe offer some fresh fruit as part of the amenities....a bowl of oranges, apples or a banana would be an inexpensive offer with fairly long shelf life and would be a welcome refresh from the steam or sauna experience.

OMG OMG OMG!!!! I had the most spectacular experience. I felt like a wealthy famous person when I walked into this establishment. I've been getting massage services for over 20 years...but this experience top them all. The atmosphere is simply amazing to say the least. It's soothing to the eyes and soul. The staff treated me with the upmost care and respect. The layout of the facility is easy to navigate and it's a space I would not mind hanging out in all day. My mosaur was Darius Bradshaw and he's extremely polite and knowledgeable. He's very organized, systematic and efficient. I promised myself that every single time I stay at the Borgota Casino, I owe myself a full day at this facility. TREAT YOURSELF 🥰

Spa is very nice . Support staff are helpful. The aesthetician who did my facial seemed bored and uninterested - hardly any neck or arm massage , little to no description regarding the products being used even though I asked , and no use of the steam. She touched my face as little as possible , as if applying the product was her goal as opposed to massaging the facia and soothing the client , the way a facial should be . I’ve enjoyed much better facials from small day-spas with no frills and even aestheticians working out of their homes . $200 seemed a very hefty price tag for a service . The $35 built in tip would have been appropriate if she showed more evidence of enjoying the process like my favorite aestheticians in my hometown . I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel spa, which is shocking given the reputation of the hotel. I arrived 5 minutes late and had already called the front desk ahead of time to notify them. Despite this, the stylist (Dawn) started my appointment about 10 minutes late, as I was left waiting while she counted Amazon gift cards, which was extremely unprofessional. Once the service began, everything felt rushed and careless. She wet my hair unnecessarily, rushed through the cut with no attention to layering, and provided no explanation as to why my hair needed to be cut wet instead of dry. I was then told there wasn’t enough time to blow-dry my hair unless I booked a 60-minute appointment, which is unreasonable. I have very thin hair, and a simple blow-dry would take no more tha
