Although it sounded great, I asked him to wait until I confirmed whether I’d be staying in LA, as I wasn’t sure about upcoming travel plans. He insisted I could use the service even while out of town. I gave him a deposit but made it very clear that I did not want the membership to start until I confirmed my plans. Despite this, he went ahead and activated the membership and began charging me monthly. In the first week of October, I asked him to cancel and explained again that I didn’t want a membership, but he ignored my messages. No customer service available to assist with anything. I’ve emailed several times requesting them to stop emailing me as they opened an account/membership under my name without my authorization. What kind of company is in favor of dishonest employees as supposed to helping and assisting consumers?! Anyways the aesthetics of the space is great but their admin and management is terrible. Please cancel whatever account under my name and stop charging me for a service I never requested.

Great office space, very aesthetically pleasing. Nice views of Hollywood. Minor con with the wifi, frequent issues with not being able to connect. However reception is always nice!
