I’ve had such a great experience at this shared office space. The two front-desk staff members: AJ and Enya are absolutely amazing! Always warm, helpful, and on top of everything. The sales team was also fantastic; they made the whole process smooth and answered every question with patience and professionalism. The center itself is beautiful: modern, clean, and thoughtfully set up. It’s a really comfortable place to work and has all the amenities you’d expect from a high-quality workspace. Highly recommend!

This is a predatory business that preys on unsuspecting new business owners who are not adept at reading the fine print of contracts. Yes, they disclose in an addendum to the lease that you must notify them either 1, 2, or 3 months in advance of the end of your lease contract that you do not wish to continue, however those notices are very long considering they provide temporary discounts for multi-month contracts, that then auto-renew at the "prevailing" rate which is often 35% more than the original rate, for an even longer term. This is not a good lease, and they also tack on "services" fees for "premium" internet and "unlimited coffee and tea". In short, you can do much better than to use this place. They do have a well appointed atmosphere, but it isn't worth it for the price and

Enya and AJ have been absolutely wonderful; they are consistently amazing at ensuring my clients are promptly accommodated. Additionally, I greatly appreciate being assigned the best room, which significantly minimizes sound interference for my consultations. The location itself is excellent, conveniently within walking distance of Santana Row, and features a very modern and appealing environment. I also value the ample parking options, including the spaces on the side of the building on the street and the parking lot in the back.

Of all of the Spaces offices I've been to this one is a league above, in no small part thanks to the incredible staff. AJ and Enya are fun and friendly, they're always knowledgeable and have been able to answer any questions I've ever had and they're often doing whatever they can to support holiday fun in the workplace, such as Halloween themed snacks and decorations. The building itself is well designed and in a very convenient location, we never struggle to find excellent lunch spots and the parking structure underneath means I always have a space close to an elevator/stairs. Between the huge savings for our company of not having to rent an entire office and the wonderful staff (have I mentioned how great AJ and Enya are? They both deserve a huge raise!) The Spaces Team at the Santana Row office are spectacular and so welcoming! The working space is so big and bright so different than where our offices were located at previously. I have windows!! The shared workspace is always clean and clutter free, it definitely makes a huge difference, so happy that we decided to move here.
