Spago Salon & Spa

I love how there service is great and by the time i get there until i get seen is short for waiting time about five minutes! which is great for me since i am very busy woman. I'm sorry to hear otherwise from others but I mean it is a salon and spa which a lot of people come here for services and I understand the waiting time may be longer in busy days. This is why I call before and make sure I am the only one seen in that half hour before i arrive! Just a little tip. they are great at what they do! i strongly recommend them to you. They have been here a long time a couple years now for a good reason right... No good business will last long if they didn't have good service! (smile)

It was my first time there by appointment but I had to wait an hour for my stylist. There wasn't enough seating room to comfortably fit 3 people (with social distancing). Only after I was seen was I offered water, which would've been nice during my hour wait. Just need to improve the experience and I would be willing to give it another try

Dear Spago Owner: You really need to invest time when hiring hairdressers. Two times I've gone (2nd time, I thought I'd give ya'll another chance) and both times they do a really bad job and you know your prices are not cheap. If youre going to charge $50, you need to make sure you have GOOD hairdressers/stylists. The ladies are all very kind and in no way do I mean any disrespect but their hair styling capabilities are not there. Sadly, I gave it a 2nd try, was not happy therefore will not be returning.

This is a veryyyy long review about a color correction and balyage from a little over 1yr ago: I go in to Spago because I wanted a color correction (I had dark brown hair and wanted to go lighter, got a loreal box at walmart and I colored my hair my hair at home. I developed lighter roots or 'hot roots'). I arrive at Spago and Belen quotes me for the correction and recommends a balyage for a total of $260. She Started the process around 12pm. Gets my hair in the foils and then I wait. This whole time I was never placed under a salon hair dryer chair. Seemed odd, but thought the stylist knew what she was doing. When she's done she dries my hair and styles it. But when I see the final result it turned out I still had 'hot roots' and the balyage was close to nonexistent! Ok. I tell her I'

I called to make an appointment for a massage and when they didnt have the time I wanted available they just hung up on me! That is very rude and unprofessional! Also, my boyfriend went there for a massage and ended up getting a rash 30 min after the massage. We though it was the lotion they used or the employee didnt wash their hands. Either way it is unacceptable! They should get better employees and strict hand washing protocols as well as non allergenic lotions!
