Sparkle Nails

I visited Sparkle Nails a few days ago for my usual pedicure. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, even at their previous location, but unfortunately I won’t be returning. During my pedicure, the technician clipped my skin with the cuticle nippers—not just a small nick, but a deep cut that bled badly and was painful. While she apologized, my main concern was infection, especially since she tried to continue as if nothing happened. I had to call the owner over due to a language barrier, and she took over the cleaning part of the service. Afterward, I was offered an $8 discount, then $15, and finally $20 after I raised concerns about the service. I still paid $50, which will be the last money I spend there. Poorly shaped work, terrible application of the chrome, thick and uneven polish, and refused to paint my nails the color I wanted saying it wouldn’t match my skin color. WORST NAILS I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!

As a busy mom of two, I rarely get time to pamper myself, but whenever I do, I always choose Sparkle Nails—and I’ve been going there for the past six years. The owner, Nicole, is truly wonderful. She’s caring, friendly, and always makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. She recently added more skincare services, and I’ve had the chance to try her nano-needling facials. Wow—amazing! The technique, the results, and especially her care and attention to detail make me feel like I’m getting the absolute best for my money. I always leave feeling refreshed, and it’s exactly why I keep coming back.

I’m actually very satisfied tho it’s not the design I orginally wanted, but the tech was super nice & open about what he could do or couldn’t. These were around $92

Good work and cute nails but they definitely need to slow down. It would be 10x better if the acrylic was laid precisely and if the paint job was cleaner. My thumb nail and my pointer acrylic wasn’t laid well, in result some cracked off. Among other small flaws in the paint. Definitely needs to perfect their practice if their goal is speedy work. Speedy work for okay-ish nails isn’t the best option to be paying for.
