Have gone to sparks nail spa for 6 years. Not the same with the new ownership. Won’t be going back after this last time. Needed a fill and called and made the appointment. Still had to wait 40 mins. Someone walked in after me and when asked if she had an appointment she said no and was taken right away. I left covered in acrylic all over my fingers. My nails are uneven, different shapes and full of lint and hair in the paint. There’s also white paint all over the pink parts of the nails and my fingers as well. One of my nails was broken and instead of properly taking off all the old acrylic, she filed it down leaving some still there and did the fill over the old stuff left on my nail. She also at one point covered the already done acrylic nail with nail glue and then put more acrylic all

Absolutely love this place. Choi did an amazing pedicure. I didn’t realize how tight my ankles and feet were, but he made sure my feet were happy and pretty!

I came in without an appt for a quick polish removal and gel manicure. I was helped quickly by Annie and she did a fabulous job. I’m a short, neutral color nail person and she made a recommendation for color. It came out exactly how I like nail colors! She was fast and attentive. Highly recommend.
