Spavia Day Spa Clark Commons

This is the best Spavia location! Managers and front desk staff are all incredibly friendly, welcoming and efficient. Great facilities, with many treatment rooms it rarely feels crowded. I am a regular and I always book with William for massage and Trisha for facials. William gives a strong and very effective massage and Trisha's facials have people thinking I am younger than I am, plus she is so kind and friendly. They both are very knowledgeable and willing to give advice on next steps - I am so grateful to have them and the entire Spavia Clark staff on my team in support of my physical and mental health and skincare goals!

I love the facilities. The locker room is nice and quite comfortable. I like being able to store my things in the locker room instead of just hanging everything off the door or shoved on a chair, like at other spas I’ve been to. I like the option of the shower for after my massage. I also really like the women's retreat area. It is very calming and relaxing. I enjoy spending time here after my massage to enjoy my water along with the warm neck pillow. I also really like the bedding on the massage beds, very cozy and comfortable. Every massage therapist I've seen has been very friendly and attentive, making me feel comfortable. Also, for all these extra amenities, the prices are actually less than other places I’ve been to. I love this spa My esthetician Trisha is very kind respectful and so sweet person great professional. The personal by the desk is very nice. The place always looks beautiful, clean and very enjoyable.

This visit was booked by my husband as a Valentine’s Day in gift shortly after I became a new mom in 2024. Selfcare was the last thing on my mind postpartum, so my husband thought it would be relaxing for me to have a spa day. While the massage was done well, during the appointment, comments were made about my body that I found inappropriate for a professional spa setting. A spa environment should be respectful and nonjudgmental and I’m leaving this review years later because the experience stayed with me and I hope it encourages improved staff training and client sensitivity.
