This is my first time in 12 years to have the most luxurious massage. Rebecca at Spavia in Cypress Fairfield is very professional and comes with great knowledge. I came in feeling welcomed and refreshed. Rebecca made sure all my areas of needs were cared for in the most thoughtful way. The massage helped me so much. She also taught me ways on how to stretch my muscles and the importance of self care. I highly recommend Rebeca! I hope to have her again! I also had the pleasure of a facial with Jody. From the start, the front staff are helpful and kind, cultivating an environment of peace and relaxation. After donning my cozy robe I was ushered to the dark and quiet waiting room where I was treated to a hot tea or cold water. Haley was the best massage therapist I’ve had in years. She understood where my pain was coming from and worked to find the root cause. She explained her findings after the massage. A deep tissue massage, where I left feeling relieved - not sore. She focused on relieving pain and tension. She also gave me pointers (after the massage) on some techniques to reduce and relieve pressure. The facial was fantastic, I dozed on and off. MT-Haelie was AMAZING!! I asked for a deep massage and she really got in there, focused on my main areas I asked for, and she had my body so relaxed that when she got to the feet it tickled but I couldn’t even react, she did AMAZING. I’m going to purchase a membership and hopefully I get locked in with her every time I set my appointment.

I had a maternity massage with Mozi, he was massaging my left glute , i visibly jumped at a spot he pressed on and then he continued to massage that area. I left a little sore but then the following week each day an increasingly painful sensation in that same glute was shooting throughout my day. Since then (2/15) i called the following Saturday and mentioned what happened and the manager got on the phone and told me if I had communicated sooner they could probably do something but all I could get offered 6 days after treatment was a discount for my next massage. NO THANKS. I’m in pain and definitely don’t trust them to remedy it and had to seek treatment elsewhere, another massage, chiropractor and the only slight relief I got was from seeing an acupuncturist.
