I’ve been going to Spavia in Springfield monthly for over four years, and I honestly can’t imagine my monthly routine without it. I originally started my membership to help rehabilitate a back injury, and it quickly turned into one of the best long-term self-care decisions I’ve made. The staff is consistently kind, welcoming, and professional. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is calm and relaxing, which makes it easy to fully unplug and reset. Every visit feels thoughtful and unhurried, and you can tell they genuinely care about their clients’ well-being. The environment is consistently clean and tidy. The monthly membership has been completely worth it for me, both physically and mentally. What started as injury recovery turned into something I looked forward to every month.

I had the most amazing experience with Caroline! I went in for my very first facial and she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed that all my stressed melted away. Right after I purchased a membership! I can't wait to go back next month and try out some more services. If you feel like you need to de-stress get to Spavia right away! You'll be so happy you did.

Arriving at spavia was lovely. I did not know how to operate the lockers and lock my stuff. I ended up in the men's retreat not the women's. I had the service. It was below average. I have had a zillion scalp treatments at other places and on this one she didn't even remove my hair tie. She was nice enough but I would never get this service again. It was a waste of money. They asked me at the counter if two gals serviced me. No only one. They also thought I had been there before but I had not since the grand opening. They ended up offering me the first time client offer ($30 off) because they felt bad I landed in the men's retreat. I had to leave with wet hair and no way to comb my hair. Had I known I would have brought a brush. Just very unlike anything I have ever done when

I met with two consultants because I had a recent injury to my face. They were wonderful. Because I am not fully healed, we scheduled a facial for a later date. Great interaction and both represented the business very well @

The atmosphere at Spavia is pure bliss throughout the entire establishment. Upon entering, the retreat room, bathroom/locker room, and the therapy rooms; it’s so clean and promotes such a harmonious mood. Ryan was punctual, very receptive of my specific needs, and created the most comfortable environment for me. Definitely will be back sooner rather than later. Couldn’t have had a better experience than I did.
