I purposely made an appointment so I wouldn't have to wait long. When I got there she was still working on a client, ok no problem I was 20 min early. Well 430 rolls around and she's too busy chit chatting to hurry up, by 5 o'clock I'm still waiting for my appointment by 515 I walked out. I waisted 45 min of my life and she still had the nerve to get mad because I was leaving. Would never recommend Lourdes to anyone.
I love coming here to get my hair cut. They always do a great job and I always leave satisfied with how my hair cut looks
