Special nails

I have come here 3-4 times now and Jenny and her husband do an amazing job, very caring, kind and professional. Jenny does such a good job in a great amount of time while making my nails look perfect. Every time I come in I am immediately sat down and taken care of. I love when nail techs take the time to get to know who they are working on. Jenny and her husband will make conversation and make your experience great every time.

I came in for a pedicure and meni on Thursday, September 11 by the 14th I was in there getting a nail replaced by the 18th I had two additional nails come off now today the 20th I have one lifting I also got a basic color toe polish and it’s chipping already. It’s only been a week and two days since I got my service I should at least get two weeks wear out of both if I’m paying almost 100 bucks but there customer service was 10/10 they work in my opinion just needs some work

jenny and erik are the absolute best! they are always so welcoming, helpful and truly care about their customers. they have an amazing eye for detail and make sure you’re happy with how your nails look. i’ve recommended many many friends to special nails and they love the salon just as much as i do.

I recently started going to this salon due to its close proximity to work. I chose this salon in particular because it has great reviews and I can assure you it did not disappoint.
