Darci is amazing! Let’s start with some background. When I was 12 years old; I began having acid reflux issues. Thinking nothing of it I went about my life until I was 15 years old. At this point everything became unmanageable; I was unable to eat or drink anything. Including water without feeling it come right back up my throat. After years of testing and being put under anesthesia. I went through with a hiatal hernia procedure at the age of 17. Since the surgery; I still have issues with keeping food down. As well as weight gain, nausea, and chest pain while eating. My mother found Darci and was able to introduce me to her at the age of 20. One; I repeat ONE appointment with Darci and Wendy changed my everyday life. I can eat without intense pain, I wake up feeling great. No acid reflux,

Spectrum Wellness Center is the recovery space I didn't know I so strongly needed! I achieved perfect relaxation at my visit, effectively allowing me to return to work thanks to the symptom reduction if the treatments! Guided by Darcy, she gave thorough and effective instruction, I was able to receive a red light therapy session (first time, would recommend), Cloud mat information+introduction and an infrared sauna session! The seated infrared saunas I had never done before, but I can fully say I would invest in one of these, they get the job done well, and are extremely comfortable with the reclining feature. Overall, if you have a desire for wellness from a whole body perspective, this is the place for you!

I LOVE my sessions here!! It’s such a treat! Darci is wonderful. I came in using the instagram ad special and ended up buying a package. I come once a week and I may buy another package and come twice a week for more results. I love being able to use the InBody scan to track my changes in body fat%, muscle mass, & weight.
