I hate to leave bad reviews especially for services but this was a really bad experience. I really wanted to leave a good one. I had seen Alissa previously a few years back and she did an excellent balayage. The treatment plus toner used to take 4 or so hours, maybe more, but that was fine it’s balayage, it was pretty standard. I asked for balayage with toner again this time, and it was done in 2.5ish hours? I commented on it being quicker and she said she’s gotten way faster since it took so long before. That should’ve been a red flag. My hair did lift way quicker but come to find out the developer was STRONG, way too strong for my hair. I didn’t get what I asked for anyway. I paid $130 for balayage and I had 2 hair stylists look at it and both said it was a partial highlight. I could’ve

20+ years with this salon. The salon is always clean; the people are friendly and my stylist does my hair exactly the way I want! Could not ask for a better experience. Each stylist has their own room which personalizes the interaction.

Really loved it here!! My stylist allison was amazing!!! Love her. She was so knowledgeable about hair! Will defintely be going back to her!
