I booked a mani-pedi with Frank. Was not told he doesn't do pedicures, find out when I'm sitting in the chair. That's not good business practice. And I had two others with me to do pedicures at the same time. They overbooked their staff, so one of us sat there waiting for the other two. Definitely won't visit again nor would I recommend this salon. In fact, my word-of-mouth will be to go elsewhere.

Love it! Amy always does a good job and she is easy to work with. Will come back for sure. They have lots of color options and design as well!

I've had the pleasure of Jenni and Lien to do my nails and both are wonderful! Would highly recommend coming in! Back again for the red and they're gorgeous!!

4/9 I make an appointment for gel nails, Jenny starts to put on acrylic but I thought “ it’s been years maybe things have changed.” I get home and after a little bit of research, it was definitely acrylic. 4/22 I make an appointment with Jenny for 10:30. 10:50 AM after Frank gets a pedicure started he comes over and starts working on my nails. Jenny starts on someone else. I say “she must be busy”. I was very clear and told Frank I just want gel polish, not acrylic.. I want them short and natural. He said my nails are too short underneath so he’s going to do a fill for acrylic. 4/23 I wake up to bubbles, crooked gem and square nails. So I come in to get them taken off. ZERO apology or accountability. She told me I said I wanted gel tip and to say gel manicure. I never once said gel tip

Every time I go, (because it is convenient due to distance to home) I have to see Jenny who is extremely rude, to almost all of the clients, minus who she is helping. The techs are not using clean tools. Last time I was there, I am unsure why i did not say STOP. The nail tech cut my cuticles with someone else’s skin on it. I did not realize how wrong this was until after the math. I do think the health department should investigate this. It was not the first time. This was done multiple times. One time I did my nails and i was told to chose color and then the owner did not speak or say one word. Not “what shape, do you like them? Do you want your cutilcles done?” Absolute silence. Many chances time to move on. Be cautious with the hygiene and how they clean their tools. Most important.
