It's hard to believe I've known the owner, Jen for over a decade! She was initially trained in LA and that level of expertise and sophistication is hard to find in the Springs. I'm the toughest of clients- aging with all the angst that accompanies a headful of thinning silver hair. But Jen patiently listens to the worries and manages to deliver a fresh, polished look every time. Her salon offers the full range of hair and beauty services, plus a clothing and accessories boutique.

Jen is the best. I've been going to Splendeur since before it changed ownership. Been going to different stylists here for over 27 years. Every one that I've seen has been wonderful. Jen is my stylist now and she is amazing. You won't be disappointed with any of them.

For a friend! UNBELIEVABLY HORRIFIC! I didn't think anyone could mess up and damage my hair this bad and certainly not for $500. I sent her pictures of what i was looking for and explained issues i had with loosing my hair after covid. I asked Tiffany to color my hair to my original color along with some extensions. She assured me I would be happy. When it was finished my hair was "beyond damaged" and not at all what I wanted. I had 2 colors of gray, purple and patches of other colors and the extensions were a different color. I let her know immediately and via text she offered to fix it for free as well as refund me some money and made the appt. When the appt came around and i explained what I needed the next thing I know she refused to do what she said, denied me a refund and ultimately
