Spoiled Rotten Hair Salon By Donna

Went in with my sister for both of us to get our nails done and was THE WORST experience I’ve ever had!!! She kept filing my nails and making my cuticles bleed and decided to put nail glue over the bloody part!! Didn’t even listen to how we wanted our nails. She also didn’t make sure the nails weren’t all bumpy and did an extremely fast job on my sister and didn’t even try or do what she was asking for. Very disappointed and will never be going back!!! I would NOT recommend this place ever!!

I went in for a cut and dye. I asked for an ombré with my natural color on top and a soft fade into blonde. What I received was much different. The yellow hue and the stripes of discoloration made me feel embarrassed. I wouldn’t recommend anyone come to this shop. I asked for a refund and Donna offered to fix it but I wasn’t comfortable after her first attempt. I will let the photos speak to the integrity of her work. I had it fixed by someone who did a very good job. There are nice salons in Roseburg and this is not one of them.

I was traveling, came through town and found Donna. She was welcoming from the start, was open on time, took me right in and did a superb job on my nails (hands and feet). We chatted like old friends. I would not only recommend her, but will find time on future trips to the NW to stop and get my nails done. Lovely, personable experience. Very nice addition to my fun two day trip.

Asked her to shave everything I couldn't pull up. She shaved one part and started trimming the other part. Repeated what I wanted and still she was trying to trim where I asked her to shave, then she pulled my hair that was up down and went to cut it... I told her no and she was insistent. She left me with jacked hair and charged $35. Awful.

I've been going to Donna for over a year now and she does a good job on my hair. Ironically my sister from TX came to town for a family wedding and just happened to stop in and get her hair and make up done by Donna. I did not send her there she was just driving by down Stephens and saw the sign.
