Monie is AMAZING. I’ve been going to her for a little bit now for my haircuts and she delivers quality cuts every time. I send people I know to her as well and they have the like and more to report in her services she provides as well. Also, the products are very nice, I will have to buy for my family when I bring them in.

Care was not pleasant to work with. She visibly showed frustration when I trying to help my son communicate how he wanted his hair cut. Horrible chair-side manner. It was uncomfortable. Won’t use Care as our stylist again.

I was looking for a product online that I had purchased at this shop when I lived in Aurora. I couldn't find it so I called the store and Christy answered. Now I have always had great experiences going to this shop but Christy took it next level. I explained that I no longer lived there and she treated me as if I was still a regular customer. Christy took me to the website for the product I was looking for and walked me through the site to get to the product so I could place my order. I did not expect such wonderful service and I am a stickler for and truly appreciate good customer service. Thank you Christy.

This was my and my father’s first time at a Sport Clips and it was a terrific experience from start to finish! Erin was the lovely lady who cut my dad’s hair. She was so kind, patient, and thorough with explaining what she was doing and kept checking in with him at each step. My father loved his haircut as well as the full MVP experience; he can’t wait to go back! I was assisted by the wonderful Chrissy who allayed all my worries about getting my hair cut. While the Franchise seems to promote and specialize in men’s cuts, I loved how my chin length bob came out! Chrissy was absolutely phenomenal in talking me through what I wanted, how she would do it and even recommended me products that helped with my naturally frizzy, greasy hair. Will absolutely be coming back!

Lindsay was awesome to work with, she was kind, respectful, and treated my 6 year old like she knew him forever. I highly recommend her.
