Being my first time coming here I was very impressed. My son loves his new cut and style. The girl took the time to understand what we wanted for a style and asked several questions to make sure we got what we wanted. She was very patient with him and took her time to make it look perfect. We will definitely be back soon!

Stephanie did a great job! With minimal description she was able to quickly and effectively cut my hair exactly how I wished it to be cut. Stephanie I hope your supervisor sees and rewards your loyalty and diligence!

Lost me as a customer forever. Walked this afternoon, Saturday Feb 21, was told I would have to wait an hour and forty minutes because people who checked in online "might" come in. There were four or five employees there, one was cutting hair, one was vacuuming, and the rest were doing nothing except for the one telling me they couldn't give me a five minute haircut. There was not anyone in the waiting area. Very, poor way to run a business. If an online check-in comes in and has to wait a couple minutes, so be it. I was there to spend money and give a good tip as I always so. Never again.

Was waiting for 30 mins for a haircut by my selected hairstylist (Kylie) whom I love dearly and who does an amazing job every single time. Not sure if the “manager” told her to skip me for another client who had just gotten there and just checked in for “first available”, but the “manager” made her take that client instead. 0 stars sports clips. Do better. Rant over.

Rebecca did an awesome job cutting my hair. She made sure that I received the full MVP experience, I will definitely be returning in the future.
