Usually love this Hair Bar. Throughout many locations the service in consistant, the Barbers are nice, listen and deliver great service. Today, my husband asked for his usual trim. Layers clipped with scissors down to his ears and and hair trimmed off of his neck with electric clippers. The barber(who was not wearing any ID), used electric clippers to cut his hair. Cut the length so close you can see his scalp. He felt the hair fall to his shoulders, panicked and asked the barber to stop (complete with 'time out' hand motions). He was so surprised that his hair was mostly gone, he simply walked out. So he wouldn't cause a scene by treating everyone to his anger. He's a 70yr old man. So he kind of feels violated. Literally had a lady (Chetna) decide to skip my reservation haircut and take the guy who came in AFTER me and not even ask me if I was okay with it or acknowledge me. I was there ten minutes before him and my name was on the board. And the other lady Rene didn’t even say I’ll be with you she disappeared into the back room for five minutes and they just left me there waiting to see who would choose to cut my hair. This was a racial issue between you two. If you think you can’t cut my hair. Ask to say something. But leaving me to set fro 10:05 till 10:29 without so much as a I’ll be with you is absurd. Great service with attention to detail. Clean facilities and friendly fast cut to boot that looked great. This location was worth the 45 minute wait and I'll return here when needed. Thanks.

The normal wait time at this location is 1.5 hours to 2 hours. To avoid that one must use the mobile check in. The stylist I had was good and she did do a decent job on the haircut. I was not happy about the MVP experience though. Previously, the massage and hair wash lasted about 20 minutes but this time it feeled rushed. There is a great scope of improvement!!
