I usually go here on my lunch break (1 hour long) and get the MVP. Today I got there and sat down in the salon chair at 12:10. Renay was the one cutting and felt like she didn't have much experience given she had to borrow another stylist tools. I get a 1 fade on the sides and usually trim the top part. I asked for about a half inch off the top and she definitely cut almost 2 inches off. By the time she was done with clipping, it was 1:07. A very simple quick haircut took an hour. Had to skip getting the MVP which is honestly the best part given it's my time to decompress every month or so. I've had other stylist cut my hair here and have never had this problem as they have me cut, washed and done within 30mins or less

I went in for a specific easy haircut that doesn’t require much skill at all and they gave me some inexperienced hair stylists. And I was promised a massage bc I was a first time member and the girl disrespected me. Didn’t get my hair washed didn’t get a massage nothing. This place sucks the staff are nice but be careful what person u choose to cut your hair. I will show the picture of what I asked and the haircut I received. She also gave me way shorter than a half inch on the sides.

Average of 30 minute minimum wait for walk-ins, but the quality of the cut, the atmosphere, and hot towel were worth the wait. I recommend you set an appointment. Stuart is awesome, ask for him.

They did very well with my 4 year old hair cut. And was good at carrying on a conversation that distracted him from all the "cool stuff" that he wanted to get up and touch. I recommend.
