My fiance has been here several times never had a problem. I come in alone with my 1 yr old for a light trim and wait to be called. I had already checked in 1 hr and 45 min ahead. Get there 15 min early because I recieved a text to come in. I was not greeted by anyone just stared at. Then my 1 yr obviously gets fussy and starts whining a bit. Finally , an older woman approaches me and asks who I am and who's getting the hair cut I tell her my son. She replies "you know we dont have capes for him?" I stay quiet and reply "that's fine" she then replies again asking "Do I want one?" And tell her no. And again asks the same question with more insistence. I've been going to this location for years. Tiffany and Karen have been my usual stylists and they never disappoint. I've taken my boys there as well as they work really good with kids also. Book ahead online and avoid the wait when you get there, it's really better than just walking in.

This is a great place to get your hair cut. The app is very user friendly and accurate on the wait times. Tailor usually cuts my hair and does a fantastic job. The notes they keep on how to cut my hair is also very helpful.
