I booked an appointment. It said a 54-minute wait told me arrive by 12:30 which I did. The lady was helping somebody. I stood there at the counter. She then asked me if I needed help with an attitude. I said we booked something online. She said well look at the board. If you see the name that's how long you've got to wait. It said 19 min. Went and ordered a milkshake. My son came back after ordering we didn't receive it my husband and other son were going to bring them over and the other gentleman was in the chair and it said a 0-minute wait for my son's name. She didn't acknowledge us so we walked out since it changed from 0 to 18 minutes. We came back in within 10 minutes and sat there and waited. She didn't say anything to us finish with the gentleman and then proceeded to tell us that

I needed a haircut BAD, and so I booked the appointment at 5:11 on Sunday and rushed to get there. I was sat in the chair at 5:20ish and apologized for coming in so late and close to closing. My stylist was very nice and professional and did a great job. Thank you for the much needed trim! I feel like me again and feel much better

July 9th, 12:08 PM. Store supposed to open at noon. Has a line standing in sweltering heat hoping someone will open the door. We are headed to great clips! Do your job.

They are randomly open or closed on days they will not disclose. Their posted hours are tentative at best. Be prepared to completely waste your time showing up only to find them closed well before closing and we'll after opening.

The service is good when they’re open. I don’t know if they closed down or what but every time I come here they’re closed, but when I check online before heading over it says they’re open..
