Came in for a quick haircut on my lunch break. Brooke absolutely crushed it and gave me a great haircut in a timely manner. Great conversationalist and excellent attitude. Even had time for the wash and massage afterwards. Thanks Brooke, keep that stuff up! P.S. To those that don’t get the wash and massage afterwards… who hurt you?

The location I went to was super un-professional. I originally signed in online then sat down once I got there. Then not even a quarter way through my hair cut, my hair stylist gets a previous customer to go with her out to the parking lot to get her tire changed. I waited 30 mins before another stylist was asked to come finish my hair cut. She kept messing up and asking the other stylist in there if she was doing it right then proceeds to ask for help because she couldn’t do a simple skin fade on my head. The haircut all together took around 2 hours to get finished, and my hair still looks like a toddler cut it. I was tired of waiting and didn’t do the MVP as I usually do when I go to sports clips. My husband's regular guy was booked and he had an interview today; so I took him here thinking he would get a better cut than the neighborhood barber. He recently retired from the military and was looking for a trim and beard maintenance. His haircut is not faded well, and the beard was so bad he had to completely shave it off to not look ridiculous at his interview. The stylist was very quiet, borderline rude and didnt communicate hardly at all during the cut.
