One star because that is the only way you can leave a review. My son comes here monthly to get his haircut. Same cut every time. Different stylists but that’s okay since it’s a very straight forward haircut. Today April Sue completely butchered the side of his head— meaning he is COMPLETELY bald on the side of his head IN THE FRONT. When confronted there was no apology simply “oh I must have had it too low” then proceeded to push over the top of his hair to cover it up. I then asked for a full refund to which they agreed to do. Still no apology, no offer to help blend the rest to match up. Nothing. just pure rudeness and stares as if I’m the one to blame for the completely botched hair cut. Whoever issued the actual refund also did not apologize. She just said “I didn’t do it.” correct you

My son's hair was so mangled that, if this were a picture day haircut, I would have called the police. She cut off one sideburn but left the other one. There are flat razor lines behind one ear where she just sat the clippers down flat and hacked a chunk out. The hair on top is two different lengths like she didn't use the same size guard. There are patches of hair left on his forehead, neck, and behind his ears. His hairline doesnt remotely match on each side. I could do a better job at home with Dollar General clippers, and I will be from now on. She charged us THIRTY DOLLARS for this travesty on an 11 year old boy. (I will edit this review to add the name of the woman who did this after I call them today so you guys never have to go through what we went through)

Went here for a bald fade to 2 on top.. fully explaining my cut. Bottom is not bald but I didn't notice til I got in my truck, he used the right trimmers but didn't take it all off. Assuming it was so he didn't have to blend bald to 1. I did however notice that he didn't blend the 1 to 2, pointed it out, he took a little more off one side and said ok? Ill have to go somewhere else to actually get my bald fade done right. Same haircut for 10years... if he cldnt see what I pointed out, no sense in letting him fix it.

Just had a really nice haircut experience at Sports Clips with Heather. Suspect I will be changing barbers! The MVP add ons are phenomenal, the place was clean and really well set up. Heather took the time to listen to my asks(and my wife’s 🤦🏻‍♂️) patiently and delivered just what she promised. Thank you kindly.

Go see Keisha or Sam! Im sure the others are great too, but these are just the two I have experience with. Quality cut, quick service, clean place and the TVs play that sport stuff people are so into im told.
