Signed in at location. There was a 100 minute wait, so I left and came back an hour later. When I came back in they asked me if I signed in online and I said no, I signed in here an hour ago. Hair stylist said they'd have to get me back on the wait list because I left. I said, you took me off the wait list?! She said no look *points with finger* you're right there at the bottom. It will be a one hour wait.

Pleasantly surprised with how my haircut turned out considering how bad my stylist reeked of weed! Must be a normal thing at this place. 2 stars just because im grateful that Cheech didnt cut my ear off!!

As my big thumbs fumbled through the sports clips app to schedule my haircut, I selected the stylist with the shortest wait time instead of just selecting first available. My stylist Maria and I joked as she could not recognize me and wondered why I had selected her as my stylist. She provided me the quickest and best haircut yet to date. She was super sociable and seemed happy and excited to be at work. I guess I’m getting a little sick of seeing service workers like my checker at the grocery store looking so defeated. Mariah was a breath of fresh air.

Brittany did a great job helping me find the right cut when I decided to go from chin length hair with an undercut to totally short. She listened to what I wanted and made adjustments as we went. I love my new short hair!

They did perfectly for my first day of school haircut the only downside was a little short but otherwise it still looked really good
