I took our three little boys ages (8), (8) + (5) for their haircuts yesterday. We’ve been going to salons with them for their cuts since their very first, their last haircut up to yesterday was at another sport clips location and we were very well please but when they were cutting the boys hair yesterday they took the clippers over the same spot at least 12-14 times after their cuts should have been done, it was very excessive. Micah who was done by a very friendly older lady has a bear spot on the top of his head on the opposite side of his hard part and it is way too large to cover with his hair (I will drop photos). I was on deck so I headed inside with a 5 minute estimate, was skipped in line and told to wait 5 minutes even though the stylist who had just finished was not a pre-chosen stylist by another customer. Then waited another 15 minutes making me late to my birthday dinner. The stylist failed to fade down to my neck line leaving me with a buzz cut look on my fade. Also while she was cleaning me up took my right sideburns up a WHOLE HALF INCH AND TRIED TO CONVINCE ME OTHERWISE AFTER I HEARD THE CLIPPER HIT MY HAIR. It took a solid minute of me convincing her that she messed it up to fix it. And on top of that, I was charged for an mvp after requesting for a triple play THREE TIMES. I left a tip and just left. Usually it's a 5 star. But Malorie is horrible. She cut my hair for the second time and has no knowledge of taking her time and making no mistakes. The way she cuts hair is how a friend would cut your hair (with little to no expectations) she didn't like the fact I told her it was wrong last time. I had to ask twice for her to straighten up her lines and she didn't. This isn't a fade. Avoid Malorie if you want your cut to be nice. She cut my hair in less than 10 minutes. You can't make things straight. The system saves everything. You shouldn't have to pick your gal but I will now avoid her at all cost. Where is the fade? Didn't even wipe my ear off
