This place obliterated my son’s hair and wouldn’t provide a refund. After leaving I called and all I asked was for a refund so I can take him somewhere to get his head cleaned up and they said I had to bring him back in and have it assessed and maybe they could fix it. My son was in tears the second we got to the truck and pulled his hood down to show me. I heard the interaction with the barber and my son but didn’t see what was going on. She cut over 3 extra inches off his head in a disproportionate way. The barber then said it wasn’t “that bad”. I get that things happen and they can’t glue the hair back into his head. I was nervous about how our 12 month old would do with his first haircut but Joanna was amazing with him! She sang along with Ms. Rachel and showed him the buzzer before just jumping in. Our little one instantly trusted Joanna for this reason. His haircut turned out great and exactly what we asked for. I can’t recommend Joanna enough.

Joanna was amazing with our 4 year old son. He hates it so much squirms his dad and I have to hold him down and she works around our arms. She even got down and squatted to finish the job when he got down with the scissors. Just amazing. I highly recommend her.

My son had been growing his hair out because he wanted a Mohawk. The day finally came and we took him to Sports Clips in Frederick. The lady butchered his hair. I told her to just try to fix it to look like a normal haircut because there was no way it was going to spike, she had cut it way too short but it was beyond saving. My son walked out and immediately started crying & my heart broke for him. I’m appalled we were still asked to pay. Needless to say, we went home & buzzed his head. I’m still heart broken over seeing my son so upset. I know it’s just hair and that’s not what bothers me; it’s the hurt on my son’s face that is upsetting.
