Sport Clips Haircuts of Glenbrook Plaza Fort Wayne

It was my first time coming here as my usual barber was booked out and I wanted a haircut today. The online wait list said 35 minutes, my drive was 30 minutes, and I only sat for a short time before Logann was ready for me! I showed a picture of what I was looking for and she nailed it! She had me in and out in 20-25 minutes looking good👌👌 I'd definitely come back!

When I sat down I asked for a modern mullet with curtains, from the haircut I received I can only assume this person was new to this or doesn’t have a certificate for this job. I wanted an inch off the top and the sides tapered and thinned out a bit so the top sat flatter. She only taped one small area on both sides and used thinning scissors on my entire head. I have hairs that should not have cut more than maybe an inch cut down to 1.5 inches or lower sticking straight up on the back of my head so now I’ll be stuck with an awkward wrong haircut for the next few months. I’ll be getting a real barbershop at this point but if you must stick with sports clips go to the pine valley location, I have no idea what’s going on here.

I never leave reviews but this was an awful experience. I check in on the app when it said 22 minutes, I arrive at the store with 6 minutes til I’m up, and begin my wait. After probably 10 minutes I look up at the screen and it still says 6 minutes. Then I wait another 10 minutes and it says 6 minutes still. I then see it start to count down my minutes and I am on deck after 6 minutes. Me and one other person in front of me were on deck and he was first. 10 minutes later and he goes. That was the start of my next 20 minute wait. I couldn’t see the stylist I was waiting on but she was doing this person’s hair the entire time. I just don’t understand what could have taken so long.

Ronda was very friendly and experienced. She listened to what I wanted, gave me some great ideas and gave me a great cut. She showed me how to style it at home. I will always ask for her and I’ve already recommended her to a friend!
