This haircut was extremely important because I was going for a job interview. This woman hacked my hair so bad and looked nothing like the picture that I gave her. One of the other stylists had to spend forty five minutes trying to fix it. She basically cut all the hair off the side of my face. I will never go back there! The back of my head is even worse! I've had to edit this thing for the third time. I have sections of missing hair. Patches all over the side of my head. They are too hard to see in the pictures because, there's no hair!!!! I can't believe how horrible! It's embarrassing! Update: No response to this review Going to update with pics everyday Still no response from management!

Daniel is by far the best stylist working at this location. Dani also did a spectacular job with my sons hair. These two young ladies deserve every possible recognition there is! If Danielle was to leave I would never walk back through the door again ,unless it was to get my son's haircut with Dani.

Walked inside and wasn't greeted by anyone for more than 10 minutes. Tried getting someone's attention but everyone was too busy. Put my info into the kiosk and was given a place in their queue. The kiosk told me there'd be a 70-minute wait time. I waited for about an hour before getting the text that my turn had come. Nobody came up to the lobby to get me, even though my turn had evidently come after waiting for so long, so I grabbed the attention of the first stylist to walk up to the lobby and she acted like I was inconveniencing her. I was ignored by the entire staff. I recommend Super Cuts across the street. They got us in right away and their staff was very friendly.

Sent my fiance in for a haircut and Laurie cut all his hair off, none of it is the same length and the beard is a MESS. Strands of hair popping out everywhere and the back of his head… all different lengths. The worst haircut I have encountered.

Kind and compassionate stylists! Always a quality cut and shampoo! I’ve been a customer for years…wouldn’t go anywhere else. P.S. Yuhong rocks!
