Love the app and how you can reserve a stylist and time. Kim has been cutting my hair for years. Always takes the time necessary to make sure you are satisfied.

I love going to this location. The manager, Kim, is an expert at her work. She takes quality time to discuss your requests and provided helpful suggestions. My experience with her was phenomenal and I would highly recommend going to see her for a high quality experience.

Compared to traditional Men's barber shops, I like the punctuality and professionalism a lot better. I want to be able to book an appointment and not wait long when arriving. Sport Clips does that. The stylists are patient and accommodating. I moved and Mechanicsville became my closest location. I'll be back.

The customer service is exceptional! I go the Mechanicsville, VA store on Bell Creek Rd and have to stylists that are always taking care of me and my fiance. Kim and Brandon always make you feel like they care about how they send you out into the world looking. They always ask all throughout the experience if we are happy with how things are going, and they are some of the best stylists I have ever had and I have had a few. They take their time with out taking to much time if that makes since. They really go above and beyond to take care of you and your hair. Their Passion for what they do truly shines bright.
