Sport Clips Haircuts of Harrisonburg

Wife just got back from a haircut. The hairdresser had no real experience cutting hair, did not know how to layer, could not take care of a side flip of the hair “I don’t know how to do that”! Then AFTER the 2nd rate cut was finished, she asked “Would you like to wash your hair?”. Bottom line is it appears this location hire anyone without training or experience in cutting hair.

I checked in online through the Sport Clips app and drove about 15 minutes to this location. I arrived around 6:40–6:45 PM, before 7:00 PM, while the doors were still open. When I came in, I was told that they were already closing and that they could not take me, even though I was already checked in through the app. At the same time, the staff was still inside, sitting in chairs and not actively working with clients. I relied on the app check-in and made the trip based on that information, but was turned away upon arrival. This was frustrating and felt like poor customer service, since the app allowed me to check in and the location appeared to still be open.

Went in to have a kid get his hair cut Brook was his hairstylist and she did a fantastic job keeping him calm and cutting his hair. I then got my hair cut which I've been letting her cut my hair for years now. Perfect Everytime I have nothing bad to say about this place. Keep up the good work
