Sport Clips Haircuts of Henderson - Green Valley Crossing

My uber driver was late picking me up so I respectfully called (talked to Stacy) to say I’d be there at 6:53 and if that’d be a problem and got a “well we close at 7 so…”. Not my business but maybe you guys should take customers (& act happy about it) 30 minutes before the employees go home. Too bad.. I was a quick buzz cut going to be a double mvp sale with beard trim and leave a huge tip. Now I’ll pivot to some other barber tomorrow and hair will just look like 💩 on my tinder date tonight

I called today to ask a simple question: which stylist has the most experience with fades. My hair is difficult to fade and I’ve had bad experiences in the past with newer stylists messing it up, even to the point where I had to ask someone to shave my head bald. The woman who answered the phone was rude and acted like I was wrong for even asking. She refused to tell me who had the most experience, which honestly makes no sense. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable, just trying to make sure my haircut would be done right. Because of that attitude, I decided to take my business elsewhere. It shouldn’t feel like a crime to ask a question about who’s best suited for the job. Do better, Sport Clips.

I recently went to Sport Clips and had a very disappointing experience. The service felt rushed from the start, and the stylist didn’t really listen to what I wanted. The haircut I received was nothing like what I asked for, and to make things worse, the lady who cut my hair actually cut my neckline. It was uncomfortable and completely unacceptable. For the prices they charge, I expected better attention to detail and basic care. The customer service also felt unfriendly, and I left feeling frustrated and unhappy with the entire visit. I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend this location to anyone.

I was greeted when I walked in and everyone was very nice. The service was just what I asked for. They had sports going on all the TV's. It was perfect for a quick drop in.

Theresa and Stacy are the Best! The rest of the team is also good. I've been going to Green Valley for years. I've tried other locations... Trust me, wouldn't go anywhere else!
