Her professionalism was next-level — super attentive, detail-oriented, and you can tell she really takes pride in her work. The haircut came out perfect. Probably the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. Idk if they were mad because I came a half hour before close but she used scissors on my hair out of nowhere when no part of my haircut needs scissors. When lining up the front she clipped two different parts so that there’s a little bald spot on my forehead. Looking in the mirror at home I can see so many long hairs that were missed, I could tell she wasn’t shaving it properly so maybe she needs to be retrained on how to shave a head but at that point if you can do something as simple as shave a head with a 4 guard how are you cutting hair for a living. Anyways probably the worst 40 dollars I ever spent because I always tip and you can never get a full view of the hair cut until you get home so I didn’t even realize how bad it was until I got h

Really informative and the stylist, Savanah, was extremely knowledgeable and very welcoming. She explained the different services offered and executed flawlessly. From the online reservation to checkout, the experience was very smooth and enjoyable not to mention, my cut is fabulous!
